I hope this finds all of you enjoying a healthy and happy Holiday
Season. I want to personally share some exciting news and updates
about the National Co-Op Marketing Program™. Remember, if you
have not joined this truly unique opportunity, you only have 8 days
left to join the January Co-Op. If you decide to wait to join
the Co-Op AFTER you see Chews-4-Health on the TV, hear it on syndicated
radio, and see it in national magazines, then you will be placed in the
2nd Tier. That means you will only earn 80% of the
shared profits versus 120% of the shared profits that those in the 1st
Tier will earn. This “pay raise” is our way of rewarding those
who helped create an initial spark that will turn into a fire for those
who join later. Remember, the key to advertising is REPETITION
and as the weeks progress, our advertisements will bring in more and

law firm, Emord & Associates, ensuring that we are FTC/FDA
compliant. And I am happy to report, we have been given the “green

CALL CENTER UPDATE:

Our Call Center Manager, Jonathan Simmons, has 10 years experience in
call center management. He is currently hiring and training operators
for our 24-hour, in-house call center. Operators are being trained on the
product as well as how to promote the benefits of joining the auto-ship
program (for all future orders) with customers who call in. Our
advanced, state-of-the-art software system is able to monitor hold
time, track sales, measure the length of calls, determine which
advertisements are bringing in the most calls, and gather demographics
on which areas of the country are performing the best.
FROM BATMAN TO CHEWS-4-HEALTH....

I am VERY EXCITED to announce that all of our Co-Op
advertising is being produced and directed by legendary sound
guru, Scott Houle. He has produced sounds, voice dubbing and
sound effects for Batman II, III, IV, The Lion King, Indiana
Jones, Matlock, Dawson’s Creek, and One Tree Hill, just to name a
few. His large list of clients includes: Academy Award
Winning actor, Anthony Hopkins; Jim Carrey; Mathew Broderick; Dennis
Hopper; Katie Holmes and Andy Griffith. I chose Mr. Houle
because, like me, he is a perfectionist and can bring to our Co-Op
advertising a definite flair that no other sound studio can produce.
Scott was originally booked solid for the next year working on a Disney
movie but, as luck would have it, his current commitment to Disney was
postponed until March.
WHERE WILL WE BE ADVERTISING?
As mentioned during my last conference call, we
are starting our campaign coast-to-coast on syndicated radio. I
helped a company grow to $20 million per month with my last media Co-Op
campaign, and there is no need to reinvent the wheel. Later, we
will venture into magazine advertising and then TV.

Advertisements
have already been booked, starting the first week in January.
Where will our commercials air? In EVERY major city in EVERY state
in America! We are airing our 60-second commercials on
syndicated radio, and you will hear these spots on shows like:
Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingraham, Rusty Humphries, Sean Hannity, Michael
Savage, and The Michael Gallagher Show. These shows reach over a
HUNDRED MILLION listeners. We will be posting many of the radio
stations with their airing dates and times on our web site in
January. We have also booked weekend spots on XM radio (a
huge market) and are working on airing LIVE interviews and DJ endorsements
on national morning (drive time) programs. We already have
several talk show hosts taking the product, so they can give an “on-air
testimonial for Chews-4-Health.” Our mission is
to make Chews-4-Health a branded name, and I want to thank all Co-Op
members for helping that dream become a reality.

IS THE COST TO JOIN? The Co-Op costs only
$400 per month (that’s $93 per week). This is the cost of a
pizza per day! The choice is yours: Pizza with all
the toppings or being part of a national multi-million dollar
advertising campaign? Chews Wisely!
PROFITS SHARED

Co-Op
members will share the profits of $25.00 per box sold (at retail).
Think about that! When you sell a box yourself, you earn a
maximum of $14.95. When we sell a box FOR YOU, it brings in $25.00
profits! If a Co-Op customer decides to become a Wholesale
Member, they will automatically be placed into the Two-Infinity
structure of Co-Op Members. This creates commissionable volume for ALL
Co-Op members in addition to bringing in retail profits. And, it
gets even better! If this “wholesale member” buys a single box
for $39 in the Two-Infinity structure, the $9.00 RETAIL
PROFIT gets shared in the Co-Op because “The Co-Op”
receives ALL RETAIL PROFITS from ALL SALES
generated from the Co-Op. If a Co-Op Customer becomes a wholesale member in the Two-Infinity Structure and buys a 3-pack, $13.50 retail profit goes into the CoOp (3 x $4.50 retail profit/box) and the remaining $90 (wholesale cost) is paid as 65 CV. ; If someone
orders from the Co-Op ads and then decides to remain a “Retail
Customer” and not become a “Member”, ALL repeat orders will always
bring a retail profit of $25.00 per box into the Co-OP.
