How do I become a Team Member?

Becoming a qualified Team Member is simple! Once you purchase your Value Pack, you need to enroll only 2 Team Members (one time only) who purchase a Value Pack and join the Convenience Pack Program. These “two” Team Members mark the beginning of your “Two” to “Infinity” organization (Two-Infinity.) You remain commission qualified as long as you have one personally enrolled Team Member from your Left Team and one from your Right Team who maintain purchases that equal 20 Chews Volume (CV) each month (1 box of product or 1 sample box.) It’s that simple!

What is “Chews Volume” (CV)?

Chews Volume (CV) is an accumulation of sales volume generated from your Two-Infinity organization and determines your level of commissions earned. As a qualified Team Member you have the opportunity to earn between 4% and 12%, depending on what type of Convenience Pack Program you choose (see “Choose Your Paycheck” section). Our lucrative compensation plan goes even further and provides you with the opportunity to DOUBLE your commissions each week to INFINITY!

What is the “Two-Infinity” structure?

“Two-Infinity” is a very unique and SIMPLE business compensation model that allows you the opportunity to accumulate volume to infinity, not only from your efforts, but the efforts of those on your two teams.

What is the “Matching to Infinity” bonus?

In addition to retail profits, income from our Two-Infinity structure and Co-Op shared profits, we also offer an amazing “Matching to Infinity” bonus! This very unique bonus pays you a percentage of your top two producers and then double that percentage for all others you have personally enrolled. But it doesn’t end there! You also earn a percentage of their top two enrollees and their top two....to infinity.

Is there a CAP on the amount of income I can earn?

Many companies set limits on the amount of income a distributor can earn. Our very unique program offers unlimited income potential. Qualified team members who have reached $25,000 in weekly income (with at least 10 qualified personally enrolled members) in a position will be given an additional position directly above their current position. This position must become active and qualified to build volume and earn commissions. This can occur as many times as you meet these requirements per position. This very unique system allows for MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR INCOME POTENTIAL! We don’t believe in “CAPS”....At Chews4Health, the sky is your limit.

How and when are commissions paid?

Chews-4-Health Inc. does a pay run on Tuesday each week. All commissionable volume earned by qualified Team Members will automatically be sent to a MasterCard debit card you keep in your wallet or purse. The Chews-4-Health company logo and “eye candy” graphics will appear on your card. This brings attention to your business and will help spark conversations about your product when you use the card at stores, restaurants, retail outlets, doctor’s offices, hair and nail salons. No more waiting weeks for your checks to arrive in the mail, worrying about lost checks or waiting up to 10 days for the funds to clear the bank. With the security and convenience of a MasterCard/Debit card, you will have access to your funds immediately. Earned commissions are deposited directly into your Convenient Pay Card account every week, allowing you the convenience to withdraw cash from ATM's at any bank branch, deposit the funds or opt for unlimited free cash back transactions at millions of merchants worldwide.

How do I remain commission qualified?

Once you purchase your Value Pak, you can purchase product at wholesale price. However, to be considered a commission “qualified team member” you must be on a convenience pack program (monthly auto-ship) and have two personally enrolled qualified Team Members (one in your right team and one in your left team.) The Convenience Packs give you the benefit of having your product shipped automatically every month. With our exclusive and unique “Choose your paycheck” option, you have the option to have 1 box of product (or a sample box) shipped and earn 4% commissions to infinity, order a 3 pack and earn 8% commissions or, purchase 6 boxes per month and earn 12% commissions from the Two Infinity Structure.

What is the difference between a “Lesser Volume Team” and the “Stronger Volume Team”?

Team Members build two sales teams, a right sales team and a left sales team. These sales teams are sometimes called “legs,” one leg consisting of a “Stronger Volume Team,” and the other being the “Weaker Volume Team.” Most companies that have binary pay plan structures usually pay commissions only on the WEAKER LEG. That is like having two great basketball players on your team, but not counting all the slam dunks made by the best player. At Chews-4-Health we believe you deserve to earn commissions from BOTH teams, and we have created a revolutionary compensation plan that allows you to DOUBLE the percentage of sales volume generated each week from your "Lesser Volume Team"! (see “Choose Your Paycheck” diagram for details.) The rule of thumb is to always build your lesser volume team. Your back office has an option where you can choose either "right" or "left" Team, which means the people you sign up are placed in the correct place automatically.

What is NCM™ (National Co-Op Marketing)?

NCM™ stands for National Co-Op Marketing; a patent pending, state-of-the-art program, exclusive to Chews-4-Health, Inc. In addition to retail profits and commissions earned from the Two-Infinity program, qualified Team Members can be part of an upcoming national advertising Co-Op and share a percentage of the profits that are earned as a result. This includes a massive FTC compliant TV, radio and national print media campaign. This “shot gun” approach to marketing will help make Chews-4-Health a nationally branded product and, as a part of this National Co-Op, Co-Op members will receive a percentage of the profits. This enables Chews-4-Health to reach levels other home-based businesses can only dream of.

How do I join the Co-Op?

To be considered qualified, you must meet 3 requirements:

Purchase a Value Pack,
Sign up for the monthly auto-ship Convenience Pack (6-pack), and
Enroll two team members (one for your right team and one for your left team) who purchase a value pack, sign up for a monthly auto-ship Convenience Pack (of any size) and maintain at least 20 CV per month.

The first tier of the Co-Op will be opened to 3,000 qualified Team Members who will receive 100% share of the profits!! This “strength in numbers” campaign means everyone in the group is on the same TEAM and, unlike typical network marketing models, everyone in the Co-Op benefits from EVERYONE'S efforts. All Co-Op members share a percentage of the PROFITS that result from a massive advertising campaign. When we open up the Co-Op to a second tier and allow an additional 3,000, the second group will receive 80% of the total shared profits; the remaining 20% of profits will roll up to the first group of 3,000 (who helped create the success of the Co-Op for the second group.) The original 100% shared profits for the first group of 3,000, now have an increased share of 20%, bringing their total shared percentage to 120%!! The second tier of 3,000 will start out receiving a 80% share of the profits. When the Co-Op opens up to a third tier, this third group will receive an 70% share of the profits, and the remaining 30% rolls up to the first two levels. That means 100% share of the profits will now be going to the second group and 130% to the first group of 3,000. This percentage increase rewards those Co-Op members that started the advertising campaigns early, creating a profitable venture by the time additional members join the program.

What happens when Co-Op customers from the advertisements sign up to be Team Members?

In addition to the retail profits Co-Op members receive from customers ordering product from the advertisements, many people will decide to join as Team Members so they can purchase product at wholesale and build their businesses. Our state-of-the-art software system is designed to place Co-Op customers, who later become Team Members, into the Two Infinity structure under participants of the Co-Op. For example, when 9,000 people call and place their first orders, all the profits from those sales are shared amongst the Co-Op participates. If those 9,000 customers call back and decide to become Team Members, all Co-Op members will receive 3 PERSONALLY enrolled Team Members placed into their Two Infinity Structure (you can choose Left Team or Right Team.) This revolutionary program allows Co-Op members to build TWO forms of income: 1) Retail profits from a national advertising campaign and; 2) Two-Infinity Profits! Because of the automatic sign-ups going into the Two Infinity structure, Co-Op members need to be on the 6 Pack Convenience Pack Program so they can receive the full 12% commissionable volume being built.

Can I make money from the Co-Op, even if I don’t join?

Absolutely! There are two ways you can still earn money from the Co-Op. The profit pool from the advertising campaign is just one way Team Members can make money. The national exposure from the advertisements will make Chews-4-Health a branded product which makes selling the product to prospects (online or in person) so much easier! Imagine walking into a Gym or health food store to see whether the owner is interested in carrying Chews-4-Health. He replies, “Interested? You bet I am! I’ve had 6 people call today saying they saw the product advertised in People Magazine, and they want it!” The Co-Op helps give Chews-4-Health instant CREDIBILITY, which makes selling the product much easier. The second way you can make money is called “spillover.” When people become qualified Team Members from the Co-Op, they will be placed in the Two Infinity Structure BELOW Team Members that are not part of the Co-Op. That means commissionable volume can be automatically created below you, to infinity!
